Designed to relieve mild to moderate pain and inflammation when rubbed onto the skin, ideal for arthritic conditions and sports injuries.
How does Ibuprofen Gel work?
5% Ibuprofen Gel is to be applied to the skin where it is absorbed into the underlying tissues, to help lessen pain and inflammation. It has an immediate cooling and soothing effect for instant pain relief.
Side Effects
Possible side effects Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
All medicines can cause allergic reactions although serious allergic reactions are rare.
Any sudden wheeziness, difficulty in breathing, swelling of the eyelids, face or lips, rash or itching or reddening (especially affecting your whole body), sore or weeping spots and burning feeling should be reported to a doctor immediately.
If you notice any signs of kidney problems (particularly in people who have a history of kidney disease) should contact your doctor straightaway.
Other side effects with the following frequency include:
• Abdominal Pain (pains in your stomach)
• Indigestion
